A week ago, I stood alone in your nursery, staring at your empty crib. I had just had a frantic call from your mom and other Grandma saying that we might lose you. I knelt on the floor and I asked God for a miracle. Today I held a miracle in my arms and watched you drift off in a peaceful sleep. Sleep well, my little one. God truly holds you in the palm of of His hand.

Love,
Gia

I was so happy to get your text message yesterday - When I told our girls he was on his way home, they clapped and hugged each other. I have goosebumps and happy tears looking at the beautiful pictures you posted of him. It continues to be amazing to follow Taye's journey to recovery, and the resiliency he has shown is incredibly inspiring.

The Eggers Family looks forward to seeing you all again - outside hospital hospital rooms!

Lots of love from all of us
