...and then a hot air balloon landed on our house


This picture has not been altered in any way.

Well, maybe it didn't land on our house, but it certainly caused a lot of excitement in the neighborhood last night.

many many years ago at my moms house around 7 am when the sun was rising i woke up to a giant hot air balloon landing in our yard (we have about a four acre field) it was definitely amazing i was going to ask for a ride but i wussed out.

They gave us a bottle of wine in return for using our yard as a landing pad.

I saw that when I was biking on the Polly Ann Trail!! I thought, "Wow! That is really, really low! I wonder what's going on!" LOL. Glad it didn't land on your house :)
